UG Admission Application Form Guideline (Session 2020-23)

Step 1: Visit on JP university website ( and have to click on UG admission application 2020-2023.

Step 2: Once click on the student have to register themself on the portal with the help of an email id, password, and captcha code.

Step 3: Once entering the details, a link will be sent to his/her email account for the purpose of verification. Once the Applicant will verify the link, his/her user id will be activated and the Applicant has to keep his credentials safe for future uses.

Step 4: Once Account will be activated, a checkbox will be available to accept that before moving further he/she has read all the instructions related to form.

Step 5: After that click to open the form.

Step 6: Applicant has to fill in their personal details (Name, father’s Name, Mother’s Name, DOB, etc ).

Step 7: After filling the personal details Applicant has to fill in their academic details (Name of the Intermediate Board, Passing Year, Registration Number, Roll Number, Roll code, Name of the school/College, Address of School/College, Admission year etc).

Step 8: Applicant has to fill the details of marks obtained in Intermediate :- Applicant will fill the total marks, Marks obtained, percentage division and Stream

Compulsory Subjects: If Applicant has passed intermediate from BSEB, Patna then Applicant has to fill the total of MB+NRB marks which is obtained by him in intermediate and other board’s Applicant has to fill their 5th subject’s marks in the column as mentioned in the application form.

The applicant has to fill the subject name below of that field.

Step 9: Then Applicant has to fill their main subjects in the form as per field given by the name of optional subject 1,2,3. If they have studied any additional subject, he/she will have to enter the details in addition subject column.

Choice filling for the colleges and Subjects: Applicant is able to select 10 colleges option with the subject choice.

The Applicants are advised to select Not applicable (NA) option for the college section in the case of unavailability of subject in the particular college to complete the application form.

Step 10: Applicant has to upload photo signature (Hindi &English) and Accept the declaration after that student will be able to move on the payment page. The size of signature and photograph must be less than 2MB.

Step 11: Then Applicant will able to pay the admission fee of Rs300+Service charge with the help of online payment gateway using Debit card, Credit card, Net banking etc. Once Applicant will submit the fee successfully, the receipt will be generated with transaction details.

Step 12: Applicant is suggested to keep the printout of admission form and transaction receipt safely for future uses.

Note: Applicants are suggested to logout of their application portal after submission of form.
