वे उम्मीदवार जो सत्र 2021-22 में बिहार सरकार / सीबीएसई / आईसीएसई / बिहार राज्य मदरसा  शिक्षा बोर्ड / बिहार संस्कृत शिक्षा बोर्ड या दूरस्थ शिक्षा से 10 वीं कक्षा में पढ़ रहे हैं, इस छात्रवृत्ति परीक्षा में उपस्थित हो सकते हैं।
